My main bathroom toilet started continually running every 2 minutes at 5:30 pm. I had company coming the next day for the holiday weekend. I was very nervous about whether I could get someone out here. Dawn answered the phone and was very calming. She told me Chip was on call, but he was two hours away. I said that was fine because I had no choice. Chip came out. Determined the problem. But didn't have the part in his truck. Ok now I'm freaking out a little. However, he didn't want to leave me hanging. So after driving 2 hours here, he went to Lowes, which lucky for me didnt close til 10:00, and got the part. What a guy ! I was all fixed and done by 9:30. Great job. I'll stay with them.“

“We had a sewer line inspection done. A reminder email was sent a couple days before and a text that tracked the tech before he arrived which also had his name and picture. Very organized and professional. The tech was Jason Ghent and he discussed the problem and said what steps he would do. He had booties on and the whole process was very clean. He showed me bright clear video of the pipe and put a new cap on the line. He answered several plumbing questions and was very helpful, far beyond expectations. It is a great company to do business with, I would recommend.“

Fast forward to September 2024, we were immensely satisfied with the tremendous work done on multiple projects: sewer line cleanout, replacement of spigots, which involved winterizing the water lines, adding cutoff valves and last but certainly not least, blasting calcium deposits in the kitchen lines. George, Mark and Scott are grade A superstar talent. May you get your just recognition and more. Wait for it ...we are looking at another major improvement project. “Our old hot water tank started leaking late in the day. I called Macomb Water Heater at 5 pm and they answered, we talked over my options and a reasonable price. They sent their technician Chris to my house with a new tank in 40 minutes. Chris removed the old tank and installed the new one, including a ball valve to shut the water off. Chris was polite and worked hard to get the job done. He hauled away my old tank and cleaned any debris that was left behind. From the time I called to having usable hot water again was only about a 3 hour span. I highly recommend Macomb Water Heater, and Chris.“

Scott was knowledgeable and friendly and did great service for us. They walked us through what happened because this was the first time our basement had flooded. “We had Cicotte Plumbing out for a decent sized job in our basement, new drains and several new water lines. Multiple members of their crew have been here over the last two days, and they have all been amazing! Very professional, conscientious, punctual, and adaptable to all issues. They did a phenomenal job helping to lay out the full bathroom and laundry area, and made sure we had full services overnight. Kept everything clean, drop cloths used at all times, boot coverings put on when going anywhere else in the house. Cicotte did service work at a property we were renting a few years ago, and absolutely the same professional service we remembered. I highly recommend them for your residential project, large or small. We got on their schedule within a couple weeks for our project, very responsive at all times and communication could not be better. Reminder calls for the appointment for the bid and the service work, calls to announce when they are arriving. Awesome experience to kick off our renovation project!“

“The young man that came to my house was on time early which was fine with me. I showed him what needed to be done. He went right to work and I'm sure it was under 15 minites he said I'm finished. Finished price was a little high but I am a little old lady who thinks money grows on trees. I paid him and we where both on our way to start our day. He was very kind and he owened his pluming business. I thought good for him. I'm not going to include pictures but I was sure glad when everything worked after he left.“

“We used Steve Seamans, owner of Austin Plumbing in our last condo. We will call no other plumber but Steve. He is honest, fixes the problems you have, is fairly priced. He also explains everything & cleans up after himself. We moved a few months ago, and he has repaired a dryer gas leak as an emergency visit. He has replaced 4 leaky faucets, 1 old toilet, both outside hose nozzles and I think a few other things. We now have no leaks and everything was done properly. Thank you, Steve.“
