“John’s Plumbing came to help us with a back up in our basement drain and toilet. They graciously came out ahead of schedule on a Sunday. We used a Big Name plumber company a few weeks prior costing us $400- for maybe 15 mins of work, only to be told that the Big Name plumber had to come back to use a hydro jet for an additional $1200 to clear our line of roots.John’s Plumbing came out after them this weekend- John and his team worked for about two hours and got our line cleared. They worked very hard and spoke honestly about what we needed to do moving forward to maintain our homes plumbing. “I contacted Bob to have inspection done and he did a fantastic job. He explained everything he was going to do on the phone ahead of the appointment. He arrived on time and while inspecting the house he explained everything and showed me the things to pay attention for in the future. He took pictures of all the elements that he said he was covering during inspection. The same day he emailed me the full detailed report of the inspection. He explained everything he was doing before, during and after the inspection and he answered all of my questions. Thank you for your business.“
