I called on Saturday morning for Servpro to do an estimate for a mold remediation job in my garage. Time is of the essence because the remediation is required for a sales contract contingency. Servpro's estimator, Mentor, arrived within 2 hours. He was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. He promised that I will receive an estimate by email on Monday morning during Servpro's normal office hours. So far so good!
