“We had a fire in our home the day after Thanksgiving 2021. Rick and his crew wasted no time in determining what needed to be done and they got right to work. Walls and flooring had to be removed in order to replace floor joists which had been burned. New flooring had to be put in and walls rebuilt. His crew was there daily and worked to get us back home as soon as possible. We were very lucky from start to finish we were out of our house for only 4 months. “The experience was definitely very odd but ended up being extremely happy. Called for a new gate. I run a small business and don’t have time to replace my dilapidated mess of a gate. Was slightly hesitant to call due to a weak Google reviews but did notice a massive uptick in really good reviews in the last year so decided to give them a try. Call and a gentleman answered very professional answered. Assumed they would send someone out to get the measurements for the opening and make something. They wanted to me measure it so I did while I was on the phone with him and he said he would get it to the fabricators to make. Little concerned just going by my measurements but hey there the professional not me. But I was given no ETA or set up date to get installed. (I paid extra for install again don’t have time and I was more than happy to pay). I am in no rush for it so I was expecting maybe 2 to 3 weeks. Figure I would call in 2 weeks to check in. Got a call on Sunday from an installer wanting to come out to install. Cant believe they wanted to come out a weekend for such a tiny job but who am I to complain. This is only 5 days after I called. Did tell the guy I had to leave at 4pm and I had to go pick up my kids and would be gone the rest of the day. He said no problem I will be there in a hour and a half. Well 4 and a half hours go by and he shows up. As you can imagine I am long gone. He called when he arrived and forgot I told him I had to leave by 4. He said he would install it and I would just call Monday to pay over the phone. When I got home I was extremely impressed. The gate fit like a glove, the latch opened and closed perfectly. The icing on the cake is he zip tied my signs back to the gate! (Something that I did not ask for and just assumed I was just going to have to reinstall them I did not ask for him to do it, did not feel like that was apart of the installation) if I need a fence installed in the future or if anyone from the shop needs a fence will recommend them in the future.
