We ran into an issue with one of the windows leaking a few weeks after the install but they have been out several times since then to fix it and make sure everything is good.Right off the bat Dave was transparent, honest, easy to get ahold of, and offered fair pricing. “The minute Chris walked in our door we were sold. Instead of negative attitudes I had received from other construction companies he had so much energy, enthusiasm and positive things to say about what we could do in our kitchen. The end result was the kitchen of my dreams and a bathroom with a huge shower that I swear my son lives in. Whole house options were not feasible for air conditioning as we have boiler heat, but we were desperate to get rid of the noisy window unit in our bedroom. I found them when I was looking for a thick hardwood piece for a floating shelf and they were the only ones who had anything remotely close to what I needed. Eric and Robin are super friendly and I love their focus on sustainability and protecting the environment in reusing, harvesting, and drying wood (and all their other endeavors). It is so fun to find someone who is so knowledgeable about woodworking and so creative in using wood to showcase all its potential.
