We are so thrilled with the service and friendly staff! With a family of 3 busy teenagers, we have forgotten to order contacts, etc..... and the staff and doctors have gone above and beyond to accommodate us and help us out!!! We couldn't be happier and highly recommend this practice! We are huge fans!!

Exceptional organization! Beautiful new facility, and even better service. Every staff member I came in contact with was fantastic, and the receptionist who checked me in remembered my name when she said thank you on my way out. New glasses, a year's supply of contacts, and a bag with multiple bottles of saline solution. I highly recommend West Michigan Eyecare.

Recently moved to GR and am a new patient at this practice. The staff was very pleasant and I had a very short wait time. They had a great glasses selection and the opticians were very helpful and patient while helping me look at frames. And they're also very kid friendly with the special children's play area. Will definitely be back!
