Mid Michigan Floor Coverings did a great job troubleshooting and installing new (Chelsea) hardwood floors in dining/living area. Great communication with Mike (owner) and installers. Installers were detailed and meticulous.
All Phases did an excellent job removing an old water feature that was caused flooding, this caused existing concrete walkway and stairs to heave. The grade was corrected, concrete replaced with beautiful pavers and new landscaping. Tim and his employees were wonderful to work with, highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Ameripro. Our basement flooded due to a sump pump failure on a Friday night. I want to specifically compliment Jesse, who spent the entire weekend working hard to ensure the wet materials were removed promptly and the remaining materials were treated for mold control. Jillian took on the challenging of designing an entirely new landscaping plan for our home, and I say challenging because my husband and I have no shortage of opinions and likes/dislikes as it pertains to plant materials and landscaping aesthetic! Jillian listened to our lengthy wishlist and was thorough and attentive to details, ultimately designing a landscape for our home that checked all of our boxes. The best in the biz. Woke up to a freezing cold house, furnace would kick on for a little bit then stop. It’s a new furnace, not very old at all, so after days of messing around with the thermostat I decided to give in and call around and have someone come check out the furnace. Jennifer did an amazing job on my hair as she has always done the past few years. She always makes sure my hair looks great after she’s done and gives great advice if you aren’t sure what you are wanting for your hair. I followed her over to this salon after she moved and it is absolutely beautiful inside. It’s so well decorated, absolutely gorgeous, and makes you feel right at home. I would highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for somewhere that will make sure you are very well taken care of.
Jennifer is an amazing stylist!!! She cuts with unmatched precision. Her coloring and hilights are clean, blended, and you won’t find any bleeding of the bleach. She has a warm and fun personality, and she truly listens to her clients. She also did my wedding hair and it was stunning. As a professional stylist myself, I wouldn’t trust my hair to just anyone. She’s the real deal. In regard to the one star review on here about a self employed stylist, (out on her own personal time), this was not the appropriate place to disclose the complaint. Contacting Jennifer directly with any concerns would have been a better choice, instead of dragging down her business rating. As I said, the stylist is self employed and rents her space in the salon. She is technically not an “employee”. It is not Jennifer’s job to patrol the personal lives of her chair renters. I’m sure she would have appreciated knowing this information, and would have addressed it, but airing it under the salon rating is in poor taste.

My water heater went out. Called Advanced Plumbing and within a couple hours he came and provided a quote and was able to get a water heater replacement and installed within 24hrs of visiting. Excellent service team who was knowledgeable and friendly. I will work with them again in the future.

I have struggled to find a good plumber in my area for quite some time now who was not booked out for 2-3 weeks in advance and was Interested in providing
good service. I did a google search and found Aaron's Plumbing and Mechanical. I had never heard of them but decided to give them a try. They showed up the same day.
Due to my circumstances, they had to return a second day to finish the project.
They were quick, proficient and when done left the area neat and clean like they had never been there. Everyone I spoke to from phone operator to two sets of techs was professional courteous an eager to provide good service.
I would recommend Aaron's to anyone. I'm glad to have found them. They will be my go to Plumber for now on.
We called Hedlund on a Friday in an emergency as our sewer in the basement was backed up. They were at our house within 2 hours and were able to snake out the line. That gave us the temporary relief needed to make it through the weekend until the larger grinding job could be done the next week. Bailey and Ryan were a terrific team and cleared our sewer line without having to dig up holes in the basement or the front yard. We were so grateful. The cost of the job was less than the quote. We also appreciated the texts to inform us of their ETA and a picture of the plumber to expect.
C&K Plumbing did an excellent job replacing a bum saddle valve with an ice maker supply line stop. I especially appreciate the top notch professional service I experienced from my initial phone inquiry contact to the ease with scheduling quick service; and the exceptional workmanship demonstrated by the plumber serviceman. He fully explained everything before proceeding, allowing me the opportunity to make choices; and was very skilled, leaving me with a pleasingly attractive repair project. Likewise, he was friendly, courteous and respectful. Along with the reasonable rate charged for work I'm totally satisfied with, I definitely will call C&K Plumbing again when needing plumbing work.

I just want to say we are so happy with the work that Vincent did for us. We had a couple spots that needed drywall patching. One ended up to be a bigger job than planned. He took care of both jobs perfectly. What a nice professional man. Thank you Vincent!
Our backyard had been routinely flooding after a heavy snow melted or heavy rains. Last year Brent installed a system in our backyard, and it has kicked on a few times this summer and worked great. We were happy with their initial service and the product they installed has worked well too. We would definitely recommend them.

Cornerstone Concrete worked on a 10 x 12 cement pad for a future shed. Logan was the point person for Cornerstone. He was a very nice and knowlegable young man, answering all questions that I had. A crew of about 6 showed up at 8am and finished around 12:30..having set the forms and poured the concrete all in one day. I can't say enough about the quality of their work. Even a shed company looked at the finished product and said they had never seen such workmanship and accuracy. I was given a very good price and woud recommend Logan and Cornerstone Concrete for any concrete work you might have. I know I will be using them for any future projects.
I cannot recommend Andrea enough. I have been seeing her for a couple months now and my main priority was to mitigate my migraines. A couple appointments in, I have not had one in months. She does such a great job and makes sure to meet your needs on what your body can handle/mind can handle too!
I was treated very well by extremely professional and knowledgeable staff. I felt like I was in great hands. Dr. Rob actually listens, imagine that, asks questions and sets up a treatment plan. I will be a regular patient there from now on.

Dr. Childs is the best. Having been to a few different chiropractors as I moved around the state, he rates at the top. He's an honest, caring doctor and I feel younger every time I leave! Highly recommend.
They use a "thumper" when adjusting you, so there's no crazy neck-jerking or unnecessary cracking.
I have been a patient of Dr Jeff for at least 6 years. Chronic back pain is extremely difficult to manage. Every time I have seen him, he explained what was going on to cause so much pain.
He treated me with usually a follow up appointment. He has never suggested a "wellness appointment "
Recently I had a bad episode with my back. Honestly I could barely walk. To make matters worse, i am going on a vacation with lots of hiking in montana.
Due to his care, I am going to Montana and confident I'll be fine.
He does not pressure me for unneeded appointments, but is available if I need follow up care!
Dr.Collier is an amazing veterinarian. She cares deeply about her clients and offers exceptional supportive services. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for high quality, specialized equine care!

He had a tough surgery and they were great with him.
My only complaint would be that they gave him meds in his butt which later made him bleed and was very alarming costing in a unnecessary urgent care visit that we did not need or could afford
When I called should have been it Brought up about the meds could cause bleeding especially if there's no other symptoms occurring
The urgent care that was suggested by them said as much
So if your dog gets meds in their butt bleeding can occur
I couldn't read the hand wr8to tell what the medicines name is
And that urgent care place I would never return to based on the waste they tried to get us to do anyways at $600 after saying it was normal, it already cost $300
And never witnessed the vet touching our dog
It's included in this review bc the person on the phone seemed uneducated about it and sent me to the place
Even though that happened I would come back here just might do research and call around before listening to all advice at face value
The reception isn't a vet and I wish I would of considered that instead of my emotions about my buddy

This was my first time using this awesome business. Jason called me after receiving my email request to book an appointment. We had an amazing conversation where he booked me 2 days later with Beth. I love Beth. She did an awesome job on a 60-minute deep tissue massage. Will definitely be going back.
I had a wonderful experience today! I had a 30 min massage with Beth, and it was (and she is) AMAZING!! ? It was perfect on a time crunch, but I will DEFINITELY be back for longer sessions! I felt completely rejuvenated after. It really was an eye-opener for me. For so long I have neglected Self-Care for myself, yet advocated it for others. I think sometimes, for me, there’s a level of guilt to commit to a massage, somehow thinking it’s selfish (or “unnecessary,” “nonessential,” “pampering”), and failing to truly understand/grasp that it is therapeutic Self-Care. I felt so renewed and mentally healthier (just after 30 min). On the drive home, I could only think of it in the following analogy: on a flight… you should always place the oxygen mask on yourself first before assisting others with their mask. It’s the safest way to ensure you are capable to assist others. I can’t imagine I’m alone on that flight of “life” where I too often have struggled putting the oxygen masks on everyone I possibly can before donning my own. We shouldn’t shame ourselves for taking a little time to help ourselves! Anyway! I digress! 100/5 stars ⭐️ for Beth and Lighthouse for my mental/body makeover today! ?? I do recommend! ?
