Beth is the very best! I’ve done the private yoga and massage and the yo massage. Both are incredible! Beth’s Ashiatsu Deepfeet bar Therapy is amazing! Never felt anything like it. She targeted my problem areas perfectly. So therapeutic and healing!
The whole studio has a vibe to it that feels comforting ✨ Elizabeth is a very welcoming and gentle being!
