This is the first company to recognize my hard work. Only certain departments are union, not all & my department is non-union. During my time here the only employees I've noticed to have a problem with the company are new hires who don't follow our safety guidelines or instructions then lie or throw a tantrum when they are caught & reprimanded. If you come here to work & give your best you have a future here. If you show up to play games & try to cheat the system to get paid to do as little work as possible then we don't need you.
