Adkins & Sons did a great job from the time of the free quote all the way through our home front door installation. We were able to customize everything we wanted inside and outside with our new front door. We were very satisfied with the communication process throughout and the front door looks great! Working with sales rep Gary Jablonski on picking out our doors and hardware was an easy process. Did not feel pressured and he was very knowledgeable of the products and listened closely to what we were looking for in this purchase. Scheduled for final measurements and the tech was there as promised and was very professional.Set a date and time for installation and received a call 30 minutes before they arrived. Derek and Pat set up and started removing the patio door, storm door and interior door. They didn't stop until the job was finished that day. Overall great experience from initial phone call to install. Paul (Sales) was always courteous, responsive and patient -- even when we were dealing with the ins and outs of the HOA.The installation team, led by Derek, was very professional, courteous, punctual and tidy.I'm very pleased with my new windows.
