Save yourself the trouble of searching and just call them! I recently had to do a major project and they did amazing work. I cannot recommend them enough. Mandi is amazing, and so is their crew. Top-tier work and so easy to work with!

Sterling Homes & Improvements did an amazing job for us! Mandi worked with us from the very beginning to guide us through all our projects (siding, decking, roofing) and she was always extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It was refreshing to get that kind of service...several of the other contractors we interviewed for these projects didn't even come close. A huge thank you to Jason also, his expert carpentry, friendly personality, and work ethic, was unbelievable....the quality of his workmanship is the best we've ever seen! Thanks again :)Dave & Jodi

Dan and his crew did an outstanding job when they installed new vynal siding on our home. They even went beyond the normal scope of the job and helped find and repair a water leak caused by a poorly installed window and did it without charge.We were so impressed by the work they did that we had them rebuild our entire deck. They came up with a design and recommendations and did the work and we could not be happier.I would recommend Sterling Homes and Improvements to anyone without reservation.
