Gary answered the phone, showed up on time & was very thorough. In my experience, those are rare traits now a days. He explained everything to us and gave us options. I highly recommend Atlantic Coast Basement.

Class act! Gary and the Atlantic Coast Waterproofing team installed a complete system in my basement and crawlspace over 8yrs ago. I called him today because I had an issue with one of my sump pumps. It turns out the issue is unrelated to Gary's installation, rather it's from done by a plumber years later. But Gary still was willing to spend 45 minutes with me on facetime, walking me through how to solve the problem. His excellent customer service mindset saved me from an expensive service call out to the house. And by the way, the waterproofing system he installed over 8yrs ago is still working perfectly.
