“I switched to McDowell eye Care quite a few years ago after I got fed up with my previous I place constantly changing my appointments last minute. I really like everyone who works in the front office and the doctor takes time to make sure you're comfortable with changes in prescription and other issues one might be experiencing.

I write this review today though, because I called about a stye issue my daughter has been dealing with since may. I called and they called me back within the hour to get her in the next day. Usually styes just go away, but this one is persistent and travels. The doctor took time to engage my daughter in conversation about the process of what he would be doing and what she could expect. She's 10 years old and he talked to her like an adult . She was SO engaged by the information in that mini-lesson, any fear she had before we walked in dissipated. I highly recommend this place.“
