He even gave me my paperwork out of the box that I'd like to write the date out and keep. I will definitely request him again. The second time was Memorial Day weekend Saturday. My main bathroom toilet started continually running every 2 minutes at 5:30 pm. I had company coming the next day for the holiday weekend. I was very nervous about whether I could get someone out here. Dawn answered the phone and was very calming. She told me Chip was on call, but he was two hours away. I said that was fine because I had no choice. Chip came out. Determined the problem. But didn't have the part in his truck. Ok now I'm freaking out a little. However, he didn't want to leave me hanging. So after driving 2 hours here, he went to Lowes, which lucky for me didnt close til 10:00, and got the part. What a guy ! I was all fixed and done by 9:30. Great job. I'll stay with them.“

Frank took his time explained what he was doing, what he was a looking for, and informing me as a home owner what I should be looking for when it come to my homes HVAC system. Within a hour Frank had my home back to a comfortable temperature and at a fair price.

My only problem was they told me that parts (they weren't needed at this time) were only covered under warranty if I had service done by the company that installed it. I told the tech that I called the manufacturer and was told warranty work can be done by any licensed company. I really prefer Williams Heating & Cooling, over the other company. So please don't give your customers false information.“
