If this company does business anything like their driver drives their truck with their company name on it I would never use them not only did they cut off semi trucks they blocked traffic twice on a main road because they didn't want to follow rules of the road
Outstanding service and highly skilled. We live in Birmingham and have a steam boiler for heating and a Unico System for cooling. The Unico system required maintenance, and the boiler required repair. No one in the metro area other than Attles was able to fix it properly and get it to work. We had several HVAC companies listed on nextdoor that could not fix it and wasted our time and money. One of the very well-known companies caused us significant damage in the garage because of improper diagnoses, which resulted in bursting all the pipes in the garage. We also contacted a large commercial union contractor, but they didn't want to do residential work. Attles was able to diagnose the problem correctly, get the correct parts for the boiler, replace all the damaged boiler pipes and steam vents, level the radiators, and fix it properly. They also maintain our Unico cooling system. If you have a boiler system for heating or a Unico Cooling system, these guys are your specialists! They are experts in the field! Worth mentioning, they are also very reasonable with what they charge us.
I called Attles Plumbing, Heating and Cooling because I had a plumbing emergency. There was something causing a plug in my main water line. The owner of this business came promptly to my home to assess the problem, and then sent his "workers" to help me. His workers came three (3) days in a row and all they accomplished was tearing my house down. I had to call another company who promptly fixed the problem. There was no protection for my home. The auger ate up the bottom of my walls, there were no tarps used on my carpet and floors; and one of the workers used the walls throughout my home to steady himself. Dirt and oil all on my walls. I noticed on the last night they were when I erroneously thought that the problem was corrected, that there were smudges on my bedroom wall. I explained to the owner of the business (Malik Attles) that there was no reason for this gentleman to be in my bedroom. This being the case, I knew I needed to be on alert. Fast forward a few days later, two gold bracelets are missing, that I know of. May be more items missing. I called the owner after realizing the theft, and it became obvious that he had blocked me, and I had to use another number. Then, all that he could say is that, "he didn't know what to say." When a company comes into a customer's home it is incumbent on the owner to send credible, healthy, non-rogue individuals. I'm putting in my police report and I advise everyone to steer clear of this contractor.
