Known him and his practice for over 25 years, actually since before Dr. Keefa. He's always been an excellent, caring and creative person. I would think the practice will always improve.

I understand the bad reviews but what you must understand is that The Psych Shack is a small business run by Dr. Bob and his family. The shack is a very spiritual, natural and bohemian place that was derived from an old house. It isn't some boujee, fancy, hipster, vegan restaurant that you would run into in downtown Ferndale. It's a very friendly place, welcome to all and very kid friendly (and pet friendly). When you walk in it looks like a house but the energy is very welcoming, comforting and inviting. Wonderful whole fresh food, good hospitality, wise healers and provoking exchange. I had the pleasure of eating a soup that was perfectly seasoned on top of rice covered in salad. Delicious, and to top it off cornbread you would get seconds and thirds of. I will definitely come again when in Detroit, this is one of those gems you have to visit and enjoy.
