Sometimes your front desk staff can make or break an office. The iCare Staff was kind and respectful during the phone call to set up my appointment. They were kind and respectful during check in. The doctor's consult was great. He broke down a plan and explained what my insurance pays for and what it doesnt. I apprechiate this so much because I have been screwed in the past by Chiropractors who were money hungry and left me with expensive bills to pay. First of all they have up to date equiptment. Second of all I had the best adjustment I EVER HAD!!! Finally I am coming back for sure and telling everybody about him.

1st time here, wanted a black chiropractor and I hit the jackpot with this spot. All the staff were super polite, super helpful and explained everything in detail. The wait was not that long. Clean facility. Dr. Forbes was polite, informative, professional and did a great job. I definitely will be back next week and the weeks to come. Thank you all!
