House of Iron Inc. is a professional and reliable business that provides quality iron work. They arrive on time, communicate well, and take care to do a great job. Customers appreciate their old-school professionalism and craftsmanship. Although some projects may take longer due to supply issues, the team is honest and dedicated. Overall, they deliver good service and recommend their work.
They came out to my house and measured and told me the cost and said I needed half down and it was going to take a little longer because of the COVID but I’m ok with that, so far so good, late September now I still don’t have the Gates, I don’t believe it their fault because I called and asked when will they be installed and he told me, that they don’t have help and materials was coming in , today I talked to them and he said sometime this week
I just had iron wrap around my front porch and 2 handrails. I am very happy with the work. It looks great. It took a little longer for the install but they lost a couple of workers during the pandemic.
Within a week of installation, the "wrought iron" railings on my front steps began to rust - company spokesperson said it had never happened before, and they sent a guy out to paint the railings. He did an okay job, but spilled paint on the bricks - not pretty!! They sent the same guy back, who said he was applying paint thinner, which made no difference and the black paint is permanently there! I sent photos and expected some sort of response - nothing. Can't recomend them...
