We started our adventure looking for a new side entry and storm door by visiting the first and second largest home improvement retailers. Only to be disappointed with the customer service that was offered and details on the product.Our last stop was Taylor Door in Livonia, MI. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I had an amazing experience with them from picking out the our new doors through installation.We were so pleased with the service from Taylor Door we have become repeat customers currently replacing our front entry doors. Thank you again to Jay, JJ, Lee and Steve. I love ❤️ my doors!

Wanting new front and back doors, I shopped around for comparison on product, price and reviews. Let me just say, Taylor Doors and Windows, a family owned and ran company was everything I had hoped for, and then some!One of the son's Jay Jay, in particular, was who I dealt with from beginning to end. The estimate he gave was fair and unwaivering. I appreciated how Jay Jay kept me informed on the process along the way with quick responses on anything I asked.On the day of installation, Vince showed up on time, ready to get the job done.
