0 Star. I tried to do the payment for my wife bill and the staff made some argument and drop the call. After 5 min I got call from the manager that they are dropping my wife from the service. They stopped my wife treatment. We waited about 3 month for this treatment. Super rude staff.

0 stars if I could very rude and disrespectful wouldn’t see my dad because the insurance didn’t pay, that is against the law. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, they don’t care about there patients. If you have loved ones and care don’t go to this place, doctors are rude and unprofessional.

If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Today, I accompanied my mom to translate for her. She had her diagnostics done about a month ago, and we were scheduled to see the doctor for the results, which we already had access to via MyChart. Our appointment was at 3 o'clock, and after waiting two hours, we overheard a receptionist telling another patient that Dr. Mohammed Al-Jarrah is always late, causing appointments to run behind.

It is extremely rude and unprofessional to consistently show up late and make patients wait over two hours to be seen. If the doctor is habitually late, the office should call patients and ask them to come in later to avoid long waits...read full review
