I scheduled an appointment for a minor procedure, I had to wait 3 months for an appointment. The morning of, 3 hours before I was supposed to come in, they called and told me I could not have the procedure done today, and could still come in to get a consultation, since I was a new patient. I can understand requiring a consultation prior to a procedure, however other doctors I have been to for the same procedure did the consultation and procedure in the same visit. But I am absolutely furious they waited to tell me until the morning of. I called to ask when I could possibly schedule the procedure appointment for, the lady said on her schedule it would be 2 more months....read full review

Second time I have gotten prenatal care from here and both times was the worst the staff is unprofessional and doesn't know much. I wouldnt recommend to any black woman expecting to get prenatal care from here.

Wasted my time, had me wait around for 20 minutes. Couldn’t verify insurance just useless. Don’t know how to read the lab order and tell me I am in the wrong place. Didn’t take my insurance then told me to self pay and call my insurance. Wouldn’t let me email it and they print it then she couldn’t decide if they accept my insurance. It’s a waste of time.
