Coach Keith is patient and understanding with the littles all while he instills a sense of confidence and self discipline in them. They enjoy learning and working towards their next stripes and belts. My husband goes to the adult classes as well and has talked about how much he has improved and felt more confident in his movements since starting here. It’s an all around great place to train!“
