In August of 2022 we made one of those big life decisions, to have a new home built! We chose to go with Big Sky Development in their Deerfield Preserve subdivision, because after looking at many other builders, they offered a quality home at a price we felt was reasonable. And in August 2024 we got the keys to our new home, and it was what we were hoping to have as our final home. There were some surprise at what wasn't standard and the cost were sometimes expensive to upgrade, but like I said this is going to be our last home.
I have to say that all of our issues that we did identify after getting the keys have either been addressed or scheduled to be.
I have worked with Big Sky Development for 10+ years. Throughout those years, working closely with them seeing the exceptional quality of craftsmanship and the detailed process is above any other builder I have worked with. On the very first meeting you meet the owner, go over the build process in detail and you continue to communicate with the owner and his staff throughout the build.
