I had an addition to my home done in 2005 and it was the worst experience of my life.I would call 4 times before he would return my call. The project took a year where the contract stated it would be done in 90 days.He never had the final inspection done and the city gave me a list of things needing to be done and he was unresponsive.The wood floors were improperly installed and he refused to repair them. The project ran 20% over his estimate and his response was, the projects always run over budget, even though I didn’t get Anderson windows as he quoted, I ended up with contractor grade windows.His subcontractors complained about him constantly. It has been a nightmare working with Jeff and his crew. First he does not pay any of his people so everyone just walks off the job. We had to find our own contractors to work on my house. He will 100% not stand by his work or his crews either. I been in my house for 6 months and have a leak in my ceiling, flooding all around my house and more! DO NOT USE HIM if you want a quality home!

Jeff is the worst builder ever! First he does not pay his crew so everyone walks off the job and we had to find our own contractors and the work that his contractors and Jeff did he will not stand by. I been in the house for 6 months and have flooding, leaking ceiling, electrical issues and more! My plumbing, roofing, building structure is a absolute nightmare. He put in the wrong windows and left me with two custom windows that I cannot get rid of that I had to pay for, I had a custom fire place mantel made and he gave me the wrong measurements.
