This company treats their subcontractors like garbage. They over complicate the process from start to finish and absolutely beat you to death with extraneous policies and procedures. Worse, they treat you like an ignorant fool. They make payment extremely complicated and confusing and are extremely unwilling to provide good assistance in the process. They expect you to know every if, and, or but about their company’s policies whether you have worked for them before or not. If you ask questions they treat you like an idiot with complete disdain. Communicated with the owner about a reconstruction project. Come out to provide a quote to our house and stated would provide a quote over the next couple days. Never followed through. Never returned any phone calls. Never communicated to possibly even state that may not be interested or out of scope. Just ghosted. Very unnecessarily unprofessional.
