She’s been flexible to both my physical and emotional health. When my ankle is sore (from a previous injury) she’s adjusted the routine to low impact; and when I’m exhausted mentally or having a stressful day, she includes some ball slamming and a listening ear. I’ve had other “terminator” trainers who were great, and I got results. However, I am so thankful that I’ve found Kieana – she’s special.“
