I really like how the exercise coach was a tentative to what I needed to have progress on physically, so it's surely was worth the time to go and become part as soon as I can on the regular.

I love this place. They change workout programs often enough to avoid monotony and they can customize a program based on injuries, recovery, or ability. Who wouldn't love a 20-25 minute challenging workout.

I've never been able to force myself to work out regularly. With Exercise Coach, I've successfully bought in to the accountability of showing up at a scheduled time, twice per week for a short 20-25 minute workout for more than a year. This gym works for me and has contributed to improving and maintaining my strength, balance as well as cholesterol and A1C scores.
