“I've been working with Taytum at MECA for 2 months and it's been an awesome experience! Her positive attitude is contagious and she approaches everything with enthusiasm which has pushed me to hit personal bests.I’ve gotten so much stronger in a short period of time and she’s helped me rehab a shoulder I never thought would be pain free. If you're looking for a trainer who's super supportive and dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals, Taytum is the best choice. Highly recommend!“

“Love this place! The coaches are invested in your success and do everything they can do make the workout work for you! I’ve tried out so many gyms and none compare to this one. No matter where you’re at in your fitness journey, there’s a place for you at this studio. Would highly recommend and can’t say enough good things.“
“I have been a member at F45 Rochester Hills for 2 1/2 years. My consistency in training here has been integral to my significant weight loss/strength gain during this time. Each workout is an ingenious set of exercises to create an exhilarating, effective result. No two workouts are the same, but the daily formats become familiar and are switched up each month. The trainers are down-to-earth, friendly and encouraging. I am hooked!“
“Kieana is an excellent trainer and so much more. She’s the best cheerleader, listener, and coach. Her approach is holistic and personalized. She’s been flexible to both my physical and emotional health. When my ankle is sore (from a previous injury) she’s adjusted the routine to low impact; and when I’m exhausted mentally or having a stressful day, she includes some ball slamming and a listening ear. I’ve had other “terminator” trainers who were great, and I got results. However, I am so thankful that I’ve found Kieana – she’s special.“
“I reached out to Dr. Bill and became a life coach client during some tough transitions in my life. Dr. Bill's holistic approach showed me how my past was affecting my current thoughts and perceptions. He gave me so much to think about and challenged my thinking. While I remain a work in progress I'm a better person for the time I spent with him.“

“Peak Physique is THE best training around. My entire family uses their knowledgeable trainers. Nick and Lissa make everyone feel welcome and they have a wealth of knowledge in all things fitness. They have helped fix tons of old sports injuries I have and foster a fun but focused workout experience. Peak Physique is simply the best!“
“I really like how the exercise coach was a tentative to what I needed to have progress on physically, so it's surely was worth the time to go and become part as soon as I can on the regular.“
“If you are a weight lifter looking to mix things up, I’d check out the classes here.My wife has been going to classes and personal training here for years. I recently started going with her to some classes and loved it.I’m a very “old school” lifter. I workout with heavy weights training 2-3 muscle a session and one of my favorite movies is pumping iron. I also enjoy running but never tried a circuit class. The circuit is really fun. I’d recommend not being afraid to modify things or not do every exercise. You can still get a solid lifting routine in if you tweak things, but the real benefits is it’s like smashing lifting and cardio together, so you get a great calorie burn compared to normal lifting. They also don’t yell or push you in odd ways which I appreciated (Thanks Valerie!). I expected the trainer to yell to go faster, harder, etc but no they just encourage you.If you are more an old school lifter like me. I’d recommend supplementing your schedule with 1-2 circuit classes a week. I burn about 600-700 calories per class and get a very good workout. Just give yourself 3ish classes to adjust, I’ve been lifting over 20 years and I was shocked at the amount of variety/moves I’ve never done. They have a 3 class for $15 special for new members. I’d encourage the owner to keep that special, since I think you need a few classes to get the hang of things. Also the place is super duper clean! Really like Retrofit and I think its great supplement for those into weight lifting.“
“Everyone was very welcoming . The workout was great! I will be back there to workout .“
“I’ve been a client at the West Bloomfield Exercise Coach location for multiple years. I appreciate that I can complete my workouts for the whole week in less than a hour. Scheduling is easy. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and motivating. Give it a try!“

“I've had a great experience at Fit Park - I love that I can get a workout in during lunch. Mark changes things up too, so I never get bored! I'll always hate Burpees and Mountain Climbers, but that's another story :)“
“I highly recommend the Center for Iyengar Yoga for all who have an interest in connecting body, mind and breath to serve your well-being. Under the instruction of the Center Director, Christopher Briney, everyone can learn to make these vital connections within. No matter your age, perceived physical limitations, Chris will work with you and meet you where you are on your yoga journey. Whether you are a beginner, new to the Iyengar method or advanced and looking to deepen your practice, this is the studio for you. The sessions are like semesters which are great for development of your practice. Drop-in classes are also available for those wanting to give it a try. There is much value in having a teacher who is also a continuing student. The Center Director continues to take classes from Prashant Iyengar and the value is passed on to those fortunate enough to study at The Center for Iyengar Yoga Royal Oak. Classes are also available online. In person classes offer the additional benefit of all necessary equipment being provided including mats. The studio is beautiful and clean. The teaching includes philosophy of yoga and personalized attention to detail as the Director takes the time to get to know you and any physical limitations that may require alternative pose options. Classes at The Center for Iyengar Yoga Royal Oak have a positive health impact that goes beyond the physical.“

“I spent a year training at FAST, it was one of the best investments I made in myself and my recovery after having ACL reconstruction. I needed more focused and frequent strength training to continue rebuilding quad strength. I left here stronger, both physically and mentally, and with confidence to get back on skis. The entire staff is awesome - they’re knowledgeable, motivating and so much fun to work with!! Regardless of where you are in your fitness/sports journey, there’s no question that training here will improve your performance!!“
“The best. Community, programmed workouts, amazing atmosphere, friendly faces. You will love it here!“
“Going to get stretched for the first time and I was very impressed with the studio. The instructors are knowledgeable about the human body and how to handle the joints and muscles. Their ability to isolate each muscle group in the various areas of one's body is fascinating to me. I so appreciate how good I feel about taking care of myself with Stretch Zone.“
“All of the staff at East Street is knowledgeable, professional and personable. Cara and Gretchen provide intense, but fun sessions that will leave you feeling accomplished with a rush of endorphins. A+, 5 stars!“
“I have been Claire’s client for about 2 years. During this time, I have never been bored during one of her workouts. Each day is a new and unexpected workout. I have had may trainers, and coaches during my 60 plus years of playing sports at all levels, Claire is the best of all of them. 5 star plus rating.“
“This place is amazing. I've struggled with fitness and nutrition for a very long time, but this place puts it all together for you. Mike Knight and Oli took me under their wing and helped me get started. I've been going for two months and I can already see some positive results. I'm proud to be a part of the Art Of Strength family!“
“Amazing studio. The attention to detail is incredible and says a lot about the Pilates teachers. They are well trained and encourage you to do your best.“
