“I recently visited the grave sites of my mother, father and aunt. I hadn’t visited in years and forgot where they were located. As soon as I entered the office, Geraldine met me with a warm smile and compassionate spirit. She sat and talk with me while marking the maps to identify their headstones. I was so moved when she offered to go with me since it had been a while.
