“I chose Oakwood Belleville because it's close to home and they accept my insurance. I was pleased to find they had female physicians on staff so I chose Dr. Foess. I couldn't be happier with the care I have received from her. She's pleasant, attentive, and solutions oriented. She helped me with referrals to specialists and follows up with test results. My only complaint is the front desk staff is not professional. They are always talking loudly about topics that are better for a break room or perhaps a bar. I could care less who is sleeping with who ladies! Once when I came in, I was quite nauseated so I told the nurse I would be in the corner in case I became sick. I didn't want to gross out the other patients. I sat with my head down. After what seemed like forever, I looked up and noticed I was the only one in the waiting room. My watch indicated I had been waiting 65 minutes! I went to the counter and the staff were scrambling. I heard one say "We forgot about her" I was not happy. They got me into a room quickly but because of their screw up the doctor was out of schedule. I told the Doctor and she said she would address it. I also have used the Physical Therapy Services and they are great. Sheila was wonderful!“

“I went to see DR. J for a consultation after receiving undesirable Botox from my neurologist for my migraines. She is absolutely fantastic, she took so much time talking with me and explained every detail with me and she answered every question and concern I had. She also presented multiple solutions My entire experience with her and her office staff was wonderful. I can’t wait to go back in a few months!“

“I originally came here a couple years back because he has some fun toys to use to heal up the bod. I was struggling with an inflamed biceps tendon and the electrical stimulation was the only thing that would touch it. I tried a TON of other things: NIR/red light, ultrasound, CBD/THC patches, turmeric, Wobenzym, C60, etc... the list goes on. I was in so much pain even moving my arm would bend me over in pain. Recently, I re-injured it due to 20-something men thinking that they are still in World Cup contention in my A2 RECREATIONAL soccer league. Don't worry, I'll be switching out of the league as soon as I get my money's worth. In the meantime, thankful to have Dr Craig to help me out. I've had him adjust me too, which is very solid. Price-wise it'll run you $35/session, or you can get a package deal (10 for $250.) Rates are on par with other chiropractors I have seen in the area. The office is nice and really easy to get to. Highly suggest working with Dr Craig if you're in the area.“

“Not sure what some of these bad reviews are about. This place can be very busy during the sick season so the doctors, nurses, and receptionists are understandably spread thin sometimes, and the wait times are sometimes long. Every staff member I've ever dealt with has been kind and professional. The waiting area and patient rooms are always very clean. Dr.Malik is the man, very calm and knowledgeable. Both my boys always feel very comfortable when we visit. If your children's health is your number one priority and you can have patience with the wait times then I highly recommend bringing them here.“

“I gave one star only because it was the only way to proceed. Staff is inept. The doctor is aware but says his staff is employed by the hospital and not him so therefore he has no control. I recommend finding another doctor. That being said, Doctor Shaffer is a real nice guy and we like him alot.My husband and I love Dr. Shaffer and think he's worth going to see, despite the office staff.“

“The security guard is one of the most sweetest people I've ever met so generous and accommodating is always on the lookout to help someone will walk you out to the parking lot if needed really no one like him ? just so sweet“

“I was in a panic after my son had a fall roller skating. Danyelle the receptionist calmed my nerves and got me right in. She charged my phone as it was at 1% and figured out my insurance info. Everyone treated my son with compassion and care. Dr. Conner made him laugh \\u0026 comfortable when he had tears in his eyes due to the fear of getting stitches. He made sure he got proper X-rays. The X ray tech brought him back 2x as we noticed another area of swelling. Another physician took him to get a popsicle after his little procedure. Little did I know that I walked in 5 minutes before closing time (which I probably wouldn’t have done if I wasn’t in such a panic). In fact I wouldn’t have known at all by the way the team treated us until I looked at my phone. This was my second urgent care as the first one turned me down per receptionist and the physician didn’t even lay eyes on my sons cut that required 3 stitches. I highly recommend this place. I’m a Health Care professional and was very impressed. My son Hendricks wants to make his own review and say thank you to the doctors.“

“I am not sure why this place has such bad reviews. As a provider myself, I was very picky on my pediatrician choice for my kids. I have yet to have a bad experience here. Dr. Randall is absolutely amazing. She makes my kids feel so comfortable and we never feel rushed. We have also seen Dr. Amirasinghe and she was wonderful too. Only place I will trust with my kids!“
