“I chose Oakwood Belleville because it's close to home and they accept my insurance. I was pleased to find they had female physicians on staff so I chose Dr. Foess. I couldn't be happier with the care I have received from her. She's pleasant, attentive, and solutions oriented. She helped me with referrals to specialists and follows up with test results. My only complaint is the front desk staff is not professional. They are always talking loudly about topics that are better for a break room or perhaps a bar. I could care less who is sleeping with who ladies! Once when I came in, I was quite nauseated so I told the nurse I would be in the corner in case I became sick. I didn't want to gross out the other patients. I sat with my head down. After what seemed like forever, I looked up and noticed I was the only one in the waiting room. My watch indicated I had been waiting 65 minutes! I went to the counter and the staff were scrambling. I heard one say "We forgot about her" I was not happy. They got me into a room quickly but because of their screw up the doctor was out of schedule. I told the Doctor and she said she would address it. I also have used the Physical Therapy Services and they are great. Sheila was wonderful!“

“I went to see DR. J for a consultation after receiving undesirable Botox from my neurologist for my migraines. She is absolutely fantastic, she took so much time talking with me and explained every detail with me and she answered every question and concern I had. She also presented multiple solutions My entire experience with her and her office staff was wonderful. I can’t wait to go back in a few months!“

“The ladies at the front desk was very nice. Also the assistants were very nice as well. Visting Henry Ford OptimEyes was my first time. I am a stickler for customer service when I visit an establishment and I did receive good customer service.“

“Dr Malik is a good doctor he will answer your questions. They are a tad fast for my liking. My appointment is in and out I wish I spent more Time in the room instead of the waiting room. One of the lady’s who run the front desk is extremely rude, she was dark skinned long brown hair. Very rude. The lady with the red short hair is very nice“

“The security guard is one of the most sweetest people I've ever met so generous and accommodating is always on the lookout to help someone will walk you out to the parking lot if needed really no one like him ? just so sweet“

“I gave one star only because it was the only way to proceed. Staff is inept. The doctor is aware but says his staff is employed by the hospital and not him so therefore he has no control. I recommend finding another doctor. That being said, Doctor Shaffer is a real nice guy and we like him alot.My husband and I love Dr. Shaffer and think he's worth going to see, despite the office staff.“

“I am not sure why this place has such bad reviews. As a provider myself, I was very picky on my pediatrician choice for my kids. I have yet to have a bad experience here. Dr. Randall is absolutely amazing. She makes my kids feel so comfortable and we never feel rushed. We have also seen Dr. Amirasinghe and she was wonderful too. Only place I will trust with my kids!“
