“Ray is THE best! After accidentally leaving my laptop in it's bag in my car overnight it would not turn on. Even after it warmed up still nothing. I called icomputers and Ray said bring it in. Within seconds he had it turned on again. We then proceeded to have a great conversation and through that conversation he asked questions which made me realize I needed to do more to protect the information on my laptop.
