Ray is THE best! After accidentally leaving my laptop in it's bag in my car overnight it would not turn on. Even after it warmed up still nothing. I called icomputers and Ray said bring it in. Within seconds he had it turned on again. We then proceeded to have a great conversation and through that conversation he asked questions which made me realize I needed to do more to protect the information on my laptop. Ray knows his craft and I can tell he stays up to date on new tech. This will be the only place I go to from now on in the future!!

Embarrassed to even say this but as a "computer expert" I needed help and I went to Ray at iComputers and this man was awesome and fast!! I can't believe how many other HAPPY CUSTOMERS I got to watch come in and walk out of this store while he worked on my damaged hard drive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business and Ray with your computer needs!! One of his customers was a sweet 80yr old woman honestly forgot to plug her laptop into her power supple and MOST shops would have charged her 30-50.00 "bench charge" just to be told what Ray told his women in 1 min. Did he ask for any money??? NO! He wished her a good day... A MAN you can trust with your computer needs....

You don't find shops like this with experience and expertise in technical products. They were outstanding in service and value when fixing my damaged iPad port saving me the cost of buying a new one. A local business I will definitely be supporting again in the future. Thanks so much.
