“We took my son in today to get his first haircut a day before his first birthday. We weren’t sure what to expect - he’s squirmy and shy. Luckily John immediately put him at ease, handed him about 60 combs to play with, charmed him with the blow dryer and swivel chair, and miraculously cleaned up his sideburns - all without tears or meltdown.
