“Me & my friends came in yesterday for nostril piercings. We were so lucky to have had Leo as our piercer! He was so calm and made us feel reassured when we were getting nervous. He walked us step by step through the entire process & made the experience super great. I wasn't able to catch the girl at the front desks name, but she was also extremely welcoming and answered all the questions we had. Overall, the experience was perfect. Definitely recommend checking them out!“

“Today I got a perfect little tattoo by a young lady named ley! She was incredible. Very helpful and patient with me ( I hate pain)… after two Bad Bunny Video (playing on the wall) I was done! The shop is very clean and the staff is amazing. They are all Spanish speakers but made sure to keep me in the loop and switch between the two languages. Wish I could give more stars! Also wish“

“I had a great experience with Dani the owner. She is the one who did my brows. I don’t have even brows, or the perfect brows but she managed to work with that and gave me the best brows I have now. I chosen combo which is I believe both techniques combined. My brows are now even and filled in. I’m very happy with my experience and it is worth the money because after the healing processes and touch up you have great brows. Dani and her assistant were also really nice. I never had no issues they were very kind an also manages to keep in contact if you have questions and they follow up with you . I definitely recommend them and people also some where I gotten my brows done. I’m very with my combo brows thank you Dani “

“Ray is a top rate artist and a really good guy, and is highly skilled in design, line work and exceptional at shading. I went to see Ray after a middling experience from a well-known DC artist for a full sleeve. Ray was able to completely transform my half-done sleeve to a true work of art that is seamless in flow. Prior, it was not well connected, line work was uneven and collapsing in some area and the shading was not cohesive.

Ray pulled it together completely and I absolutely love what he did. I recommend him completely and without hesitation. And for those that think you’ve got to go DC for a top end tattoo you don’t. Hit Ray up. He is the best in the DMV.“

“I came here for a paw print tattoo to memorialize my beloved cat. I'd never had a tattoo before, so I was a little nervous.The folks at Trilogy Atelier were wonderful from the minute we walked in. John, the owner, checked me in and sympathized with me about the death of my cat. He shared how he'd his St. Bernard passed four years ago and he still was grieving. That told me I was in the right place.Fabio was the artist I selected (at the recommendation of a friend). I watched him sanitize the work area. He did a great job of taking her paw print and aligning it with her name. He adjusted the stencil placement at my request by a half an inch. He used a small cordless tattoo gun with a single-use, sterile disposable needle – much friendlier than the big metal ones I remembered seeing in movies. And it didn't actually hurt all that much! The finished tattoo looks so good - you can see the details from where the fur between her toes touched the paper. The fine line tattoo for her name is crisp and clean.Afterwards, John was so excited for me to have joined the tattoo club. He remarked on the wrist placement – that it can be painful, though he didn't necessarily want to tell me that – and Fabio noted that I sat like a champ.I was given clear instructions on how to care for it (SecondSkin for a couple of days, and how to remove that when it was time), and told to call or email with any questions or concerns.I would recommend Trilogy Atelier to anyone who needs/wants a tattoo. I am so grateful to have this small piece of my cat with me forever - and to wear my heart on my sleeve, so to speak. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.“

“Susan did my hand and my thigh tattoo and I’ll definitely be getting more work from her in the future. She has great technique and is not heavy handed, some of the most comfortable sessions I’ve had and I’m nearly covered in tattoos. “This review is many years too late but this shop is a vibe. I have been going to Erick for a few years now and every tattoo never ceases to amaze me. I carry Erick’s cards in my wallet I get so many comments on my sleeve! I have so much trust in him I let him completely design my tattoo and even blast my whole @$$ hand!

The shop manager is so friendly and makes sure you have everything you need for your appointment. Every artist I have interacted with in the shop is chill and so talented. You can’t go wrong with any of them.

“I went to TK for my first tattoo and could not have asked for a better experience. He was patient and communicative through our booking and design process. He explained everything that he was doing and clearly prioritized my comfort and safety. We ended up breaking my appointment into two sessions because he noticed my skin was really sensitive and wanted to give me some time to heal before finishing the piece so that it would turn out perfect. We even FaceTimed before the next appointment to make sure I was healed enough to continue it (I wasn’t, so we pushed it back). Before my second appointment, there were some storm/weather alerts, and he messaged me beforehand to make sure I was still comfortable driving in. TK truly loves his job and cares about his clients’ happiness - he’s not just there to make a quick buck. I get tons of compliments on my tattoo and have recommended him to everyone who comments on it!“

“I’m from out of town and had to find a replacement tongue piercing (cause I ate mine by accident hush) and this was the only place close enough for me to get one. It’s a lil hard to find tbh but we walked into Michael while he was walking out and running late for something but he took the time out of his day to help me and put in a piercing for me even tho he was busy. I didn’t make an appointment or anything and I was so extremely grateful for this man!! “In my handful of experiences with walk-in tattoos I’ve never felt as welcome or comfortable as I did at Jinx Proof! The team there works well together and did everything they could to accommodate a busy day of walk-ins. My friend and I walked in with several ideas apiece and were met with patience and not rushed in the least. This has not been my experience in the past, and I’m so grateful that Tad was available. Not only are our tattoos beautiful, but Tad left such a good impression on us I wouldn’t hesitate to book a tattoo with him!
They also have a nice selection of quality jewelry and my friend was able to get a tragus piercing from Andrea, which turned out perfectly as well!
