“I walked in for a massage today and was blown away at how good Andy’s massage was. I’m a new mom and have had very little time to myself but was at a point I needed some help. I’ve been to plenty of places before ; overseas, fancy spas, airport kiosks, you name it - I’ve tried it. I rarely leave reviews but the place was empty and for my own selfish reasons (I want to visit again) I need them to be a thriving business. It’s different from any massage place I’ve ever been. Clothes on, they massage over a town in a communal space. Even so, Best. Massage. Ever. Probably would come in with leggings instead of jeans next time…Thank you Andy - I’m back to carrying the toddler without so many pains :)“

However, after a neighbor shared her wonderful experience with Dr. Alyssa I decided to give it a try to see if there was anything she could do for the reoccurring tendonitis/arthritis in my left foot. And as they say the rest is history. Dr Alyssa is great and has helped me better understand my troublesome foot. We agreed that I should follow up with my podiatrist and she wrote a referral including what she has been doing. Podiatrist was more than impressed and encouraged me to continue with Dr. Alyssa which of course I will do. She's the best!“

It is to bad that greed for money and not trying to keep your customers happy and are still willing to pay the higher cost of what it was. I had a talk with Robin and unfortunately she said she hasn't raised her prices for 2 years and so know it is to high for me to continue on getting great massage which my body needs due to pain in my body. IT is at $199. for 90 minutes and going up again soon. Wowza, now I can not pay this amount and will have to find another business that our good. This massage building is for the rich and not for the middle class people like myself. I can not treat this a maintenance for myself. Sorry to have to stop but I can not afford this increase. Would have given 3 stars but it's the owner that is doing this. The workers are doing the job.“

“I came to Phoenix Rehab after doing years of physical therapy elsewhere. I am a particularly complex case due to a genetic disease I have. I am especially weak and deconditioned. Previous PT providers have not taken into consideration how weak I am and push me beyond my capacity to perform. I decided to call in advance and ask the manager if he felt he could work with me given the problems I have had. He called me back the same day after the clinic was closed and spent at least 20 minutes listening and talking to me. He assured me he could adapt their normal work for me. I had my appointments with the Manager of both locations, Chris. He has progressed me very slowly and in three months, I never been hurt. Our appointments address several regions of my body and I am delighted to report that I have improved in my time there. It is not unusual to see him give instructions to one person while checking on another. He's a hands-on manager and it seems the place runs smoothly. He has hired two new physical therapists and he described that he would mentor them as necessary. I'm so glad that I found Phoenix Rehab. Excellent place in every way“
