“I hate to do this bus this lady is horrible she went and updated her refund policy after I canceled my appointment two days prior but google can still see when you did the update! This isn't good business practices I texted her numerous times about the cancellation two days before and she didn't take the time to respond I took screen shots of everything so changing or updating your policy is basically lies to keep money you didn't earn this is so sad I tried to deal with her on a friendly basis but it didn't work I also have a dispute against her for the deposit payment and I will be reporting her to the BBB as I stated google keeps a date and time of all site update and I have screenshots of everything I am totally in shock of this lady she's too old for this kind of behavior and business actions“
