“I've been going to Chelsea for a while now. I love the way my hair looks, feels and LASTS after she does my silk press. I love that she provides tips on how to keep up with your hairstyle. I also love that her shop is spacious and her clients can spread out. I also love that she answers allllll my questions about hair, wigs, etc. She's professional, patient and a power stylist. My hair is thin and weak from getting my hair permed over the years. “My sisters, mom and I have been coming to my "aunt" Janice since 2004. I was 10 years old am 28 now! She is still the only stylist I trust to do my hair through and through. She recently helped me achieve a honey blonde color from my natural color of dark brown WITHOUT bleach (yes, ladies its possible). I also love that she is a traditional stylist (no deposits, no online scheduling - you will have to call, and takes me as early as 5:00 a.m.). Truly a gem. I cherish the fellowship and talks during my visits as well. She has become apart of our family and will always have you leaving slayed. Love her so much!“

“Everytime I come here I am very pleased with the style, and the actual hair care that I get from the owner Ms. Julia. I love our conversations about natural hair and loves it when she educates me about what to do with my hair in certain situations, such as going to the pool, what happens with my hair and scalp when the weather changes, etc. I have only been here 3 times but... each time I come, after leaving, so many people compliment me on my hair! Some don't believe its mine until I allow them to touch it, down to the root. I have a dry hair issue and Ms. Julia's treatments have changed my hair. She has done two pinned up 2 strand twists hairdos, and one blow dry and curl. The lady knows her stuff. She has growing hair hands. All hairdressers don't have that! I definitely will be back.“
