The adult I tried to give the book to for an exchange at the same meeting did not think Hot Dog Pro HTML was a good enough product for that, I did not fight the adult to barter, because obviously I agreed, I respect. I went to the office a few times in 1997 or 1999 or 2001 for the repair and support community (I know that sounds like a psychologist with "support community" (and all before Jobs geniusly (and "insanely great"-ly) gave us the "Genius Bar"). I forget who gave me the Washington Apple Pi magazine disk with Hotline Communications ( because that human part was not audited/tracked by a Mac. The home server room here was originally hosting wap.org (well, the WAP ISP), built with tens (felt like maybe hundreds) of original tan Apple personal computers "daisy chained".“

I've personally used them to transfer my files from my PC laptop to my mac when I made the switch to mac. It's so much less stressful than visiting the apple store. And while this store isn't as big or "cool" as the sadly-now-closed-but-widely-beloved-and-legendary TekServe in NYC, it has that same "just come in and you can talk to us and we'll just help you" vibe. AND it's right here in Arlington :) I can just walk over, which is amazing. Also, my mom has bought all of her computers from them for decades, as well as for service and repair, and she's only had positive experiences. Once someone even walked over to our house during an ice storm to work on her computer so she didn't have to bring it over. I'm so glad this place is in the neighborhood!“

During my first few months in the building, I had several problems with everything from internet access to email account management to major security/privacy concerns.
