I have a five-year-old Windows computer that was running so poorly that it was almost unusable. I was referred to Cameron Jones by another customer. Cameron is very pleasant to work with, arrived on time, and solved a myriad of problems in less than an hour. I will certainly use him again if the need arises.
My pricy laptop would not boot up after I tried to replace the battery. I contacted Cameron based on his Consumer Checkbook ratings. He responded to my message right away. He lives about 5 miles from me. I dropped the laptop off. 2 days later, it was fixed, with the new battery working!!! Very reasonable price. Quick service. Reliable.
My Surface Studio crashed and I needed an onsite repair. Cameron came and quickly and expertly diagnosed and fixed the problem -- a crashed hard drive. He installed a new drive plus my essential software. He will get the job done quickly and can work onsite. All the more impressive because Surface Studios are very difficult to take apart and reassemble! Hire with confidence.
