“I’ve been going to Wangui for years. She’s literally the best curly hair stylist / cutter / magic maker in the DC area. Formerly at Fiddleheads salon, she branched out on her own. The location is a bit hard to find: it’s at the Phenix Suites (home of a bunch of independent businesses) within the Ellsworth Place mall, next to the TJ Maxx. So if you look for the address and you walk into a mall, you’re at the right place!“
