“Excellent initial exam! Joan is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. Got to appointment early and was seen on time. Plenty of free parking. Patient portal provides very useful information and is easy to navigate.<br>The only downside to this practice is that all phone calls are handled through a national call center. Expect to wait a while before your call is answered and don't expect to be connected to your practice office or provider if you want to speak with them. Wish this weren't the case. My 5 star rating excludes the national call center issue. And by the way, if you need to contact Joan directly, you can reach out to her via the portal (but I haven't had to use that feature yet).“

“I saw Dr. Cole at the Rockville location. The office is about an hour and half from where I live. She is highly rated so I selected her as the dermatologist to perform a full body examination for skin cancer.<br><br>I was a bit nervous because I have never done this before.
