“My two puppies, Lime and Lulu, always visit Dr. Holden. All staff adore our babies and take a good care of them. Dr. Holden is very professional and took a very good care of them. Our dogs got neutered and fixed by Dr. Holden and recovered very well. They love visiting the vet and always get yummy treats. Lime and Lulu will always go to Severn Square Vet. :)“

“Abby is a very anxious 12 year old Beagle mix who has been seeing Dr. Ruth on most visits. She is always very thorough in her exams and conscientious about Abby's anxiety. The vet tech Michael was friendly and gentle with Abby as well. I have never in 12 years had a bad experience at Veterinary Housecall Service. Keep up the great work!!“

“I have been taking my pets here on and off for some years now. With my current cat, the service here has been exceptional. The staff at the front desk is polite, and accomodating. You can feel that they care about the animals that come in. The doctor is amazing as well, bringing up points and concerns that I may not be aware of. They always give me options and never force me to purchase a service, as well as explaining all charges that will be due for each visit (no surprises). With my cat's most recent accident, they have been very attentive to his changes and needs, and they address all concerns during each visit. I also receive a follow up call, which means a lot.“

“My Khaos had been very sick for awhile, I was dreading having to put him down and thought he would've gotten better... he did not. I caved and made an appointment with Severn River Animal Hospital. I wanted honesty, not a place that would make empty promises and take my money. After a brief exam, I was given 2 options; euthanasia or try somethings that didn't guarantee him living for a long period of time. I said i just want him to be at peace and not sick anymore. I thank them for their honesty and allowing me to spend time with my boy before and after the process. This was a first for me. I had him cremated and received his remains by the end of the week. “We take our three dogs to Countryside, and have worked with every vet there now during the past three years. Always very happy with the above and beyond service from the vets, the techs, and the front of the house staff who are friendly and helpful every visit. I almost hate referring people to Countryside because they are frequently busy and it can be a challenge to get appointments - although on several occasions now when one of my dogs has an immediate problem they have accommodated us for same-day visits. We trust them with the lives of our cherished ladies - I'm not sure there can be a higher compliment than that.“
