They’re always so kind and considerate. I’ve brought my senior cat in several times since I adopted her in early 2021. Whether it’s routine checkups or issues that pop up, the front desk reception is always keen to help and will call to check in during recovery. Dr. Shook is kind and thorough - my very sassy cat is calmer in her and her team’s presence than with any other “strangers”.

The front desk staff at Citypets has gone above and beyond to provide for me. I had shared with Valerie of my physical illness causing certain barriers and issues for me, and when she noticed that I hadn’t arrived at the time I had informed her I would she took the time to give me a call to ensure that I was safe. Upon arrival both Valerie and Alexis showed empathy towards my financial situation and both had offered me food from their personal lunches after I had shared about my food stamps being cut. Dr. Shook and her entire staff took excellent care of our very beautiful elderly cat, a cancer survivor, through her final illness. They were exceptionally kind, efficient, understanding, responsive, and knowledgeable. Our family received wonderful care. I highly recommend this practice.
