Joe and Sam to young men who are very professional and knew their craft came and complete the installation of my new water heater unit. My old unit was 23 years old and it was leaking. Joe came first and carefully removed the old unit and replaced it. He was focused and very friendly. I felt good to have someone who was confident working on my system. An important feature is they are local and very fair with their price. Also I asked Joe about the price to replace my toilet, and he looked at it and said the toilet is fine just replace the gasket. He share the simplicity of the process so I got a gasket and did it myself and saved money from having to buy a new toilet. Thanks Joe for that advice. At the end Joe and Sam explained what they did how to run the new unit and made sure I was clear on the steps. Brian kept in touch and followed up with all my questions quickly. I will be using then again. I have used other plumbers in the past. In my opinion Modern Plumbing systems is the best. Thanks again guys for your service.

Once again Tony of Carson Plumbing saved the day. With a leak discovered last Saturday, we were thrilled that Tony was able to get us on his schedule for the day. He arrived early, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the leak. He explained what had happened and what he did to resolve it. Paul, Tony and the entire Carson Plumbing team are incredibly prompt, experts of their tradecraft and always a pleasure to talk to. They keep us apprised of their progress and are entirely sanitary with shoe covers, plastic on the floor, they are focused and always accomplish their mission. Our screened in porch was just completed and we are very pleased with the result. This company was very thorough in explaining the process and what we could expect in the time frame (which was amazingly quick!). The project was complicated by starting with the removal of a very large broken brick patio, and DD made sure that it was quickly replaced with a concrete pad, as well as providing landscaping where needed. The structure is maintenance free and very attractive. We enjoy sitting out in the morning and having our coffee, listening to the birds - all bug free! We would highly recommend them to anyone considering a backyard project!
Absolutely excellent service by Chuck! He explained everything, worked with me on times that were most convenient around my work schedule. And probably the best part was that I received a phone call back within 5 min when I called Sunday morning on Father's Day. Chuck was able to come by within 10 minutes to assess my situation & immediately got to work on getting rid of the wet carpet, insulation, & drywall. Would highly recommend!

I had an outstanding experience with Greg and Clear Choice Pools! I contacted Greg about getting a Life Saver Pool Fence installed. I was originally booked with another Pool Fence company, but they let me down and Greg came to the rescue. He was able to send me a quote immediately that was $1000 less then the other company I was originally going to use. He was able to order the fence and install it within 2 weeks. When install day came, it was raining all morning, but Greg still came and did an outstanding job. He worked diligently in rainy conditions and the Fence looks amazing.Greg was professional, timely, outstanding communication, and the Fence looks amazing. The fantastic staff makes Warriors of Grace the best. The youth program has become a really important part of my son's life. Their model teaches karate and self defense, but the impact extends to the whole person both at the dojo and at home. I liked what they were doing so much I decided to start training too... I've made good friends, learned a lot, and can't recommend this martial arts school enough.
Phil Schaefer is the BEST contractor I have ever worked with. He is "skilled" professional, detail-oriented, reliable, friendly. His prices are reasonable. He really wants his customers to be satisfied. He did a master bathroom remodel and other renovations. I highly recommend him.

Mack’s Home Services did a great job removing lint from our outside vent, dryer hose, and inside the dryer. It needed it and it’s only been 2 years since last cleaned!
Long Story Short: The experience from beginning w/ estimate, to the end of project, was a stellar experience! Will be my first call for future siding work.
Long Story Long: I needed trim replaced due to rot, and every company (5) would only give me an estimate for an entire trim/siding replacement (w/out paint included!). Jerry's didn't know this, yet told me the siding was perfectly fine and I just needed the trim replaced. Check.
They scheduled the project and showed up to complete even though I was out of town, which I appreciated. Cleaned up the work site and only minimal garden damage occurred which is impressive with a 3-story situation. Check Check.
When I reviewed the work, lines were clean, caulking around windows spot-on, AND they painted the trim?! Mind you, 5 companies told me this wasn't included, and Jerry's just did it without mentioning AND their estimate was significantly more affordable than every other estimate. Check mate.
I moved here from rural areas where contractors/home services valued their work and gave common-sense pricing, and have struggled to find that in companies in the DMV area. Jerry's is 1 of 2 companies I've found here that reflects those principles. Great job. They will be my first call when that siding needs a change ;)

I called Cor-Lei, Inc this morning and not long afterwards they were here. Very nice, honest, professional plumber came to my house, he had the issue fixed with a good price within an hour or so. Anymore plumbing issues, I’ll be calling Larry. Give him a call, you’ll be satisfied!
Just like any American Legion, you can only get in if you are a member or are a guest of one. Accepts cash only, no credit card but does have an ATM on the premises. I think most have limited food menus. Full bar with beers on tap and bottled beer. Very nice and friendly atmosphere. Occasionally, has live music on the weekends. Alcohol is very reasonably priced.
We've got old copper pipes and high PH well water that makes for constant issues around here so we've got Ken on speed dial. He's wonderful to work with, has competitive prices and always patient with my questions. He even worked with the manufacturer of our water heater to get a warranty replacement when we hadn't even thought to check if it was under warranty. Kevin and his team have done multiple projects at my home over the years. From rebuilding a concrete porch, repairing a privacy fence after a tree fell on it, to grading and laying sod after my yard was left in shambles during a renovation, KW has made my property one I'm proud to call mine. They might be a little more expensive than the competition, but you get what you pay for - a job done right the first time.

I had 3 estimates but Bryan was the only one to address my needs. I was looking for a more efficient system and he noticed my returns were blocked. He addressed it but installing a new return along with a new efficient system.
All Painting and Powerwashing to clean and stain our deck. John promptly came out the day of contact and I had an estimate by the end of the day. We were lucky that the weather was very cooperative as John was able to complete the entire project within a week. John was always prompt, courteous and a very hard worker! He did an awesome job with the stain and our deck looks brand new! We very highly recommend them!

It's been about 5 or 6 years since our carpets were cleaned, and it was starting to look pretty bad. We found these guys online and booked them for a cleaning. Their tech was very nice and showed up on time. He did a great job explaining the different cleaning options and what to expect from each. We opted for the more intensive cleaning package, and I'm very pleased with the results. All the stains are gone, and the carpet feels and looks brand new again!
