Was able to book an appointment the day before and then needed to reschedule, which Erin was very understanding about and I was able to get another appointment easily booked for the following day. Appointments are easy and convenient to book online. I needed some serious dead ends chopped and just wanted a simple layered cut. Erin did such a good job with my hair; I was ecstatic afterwards with how it turned out. My hair looks and feels so healthy now. Overall, the whole experience was great! “Nicole was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable.I know nothing about hair, what is or isn’t possible, what will look good, etc. My hair is naturally a medium brown & I told Nicole I wanted to go as blonde as possible while being able to let it grow out & not have to get my hair done often - which I feel like is a bit of an oxymoron because going super blonde needs more maintenance. I also wanted very very cool in tone, even slightly purple. Nicole was able to understand what I was hoping for & use her professional knowledge & experience to come up with a solution that goes for what I’m hoping for while giving me something that looks good & natural. She did thin highlights on top to keep it natural & low maintenance while adding bigger highlights underneath to give more blonde with any chunkiness staying hidden. And she was able to achieve the tone I was going for - very very cool & almost purple.She was able to schedule me for just a tone for next time - which will be cost effective & quick while maintaining the tone I like. That’s very helpful because I procrastinate scheduling appointments & I never would’ve thought myself to just come in for a tone.Nicole was also very nice & easy to talk to. I wanted a new colorist for a while & was dreading the awkwardness of spending that much time with someone new, but Nicole was very personable, genuine, & not awkward.“

It’s 50 every single time.” And I meant every word. In six years, I have never had a bad haircut — and I’m the lunatic who goes back when one curl is uneven. Aubrey not only has a sensational eye, but she cares about my idiosyncrasies, reviewing the cut after each step, making sure it’s balanced, checking after it’s dry. Truly Aubrey and Molly are the best hairdressers I’ve ever had, and I now travel from Pittsburgh back to Baltimore just for them. Was my stylists for quite some time and recently I went to Marissa F. Who is also amazing! Also I wanted to share that they do a spectacular job for wedding hair/ makeup! I got married in March 2023 (I know this is a late post) but they did an amazing job. I couldn’t have been happier that they took the time to work with me on making my hair and makeup exactly how I wanted it.
