I started seeing Jana to have my lash tint and lift and, not to be dramatic, but its been life changing. She is very attentive and careful and does wonderful work. The finished look is so natural and lasts for more than a month. Its so nice to not bother with make up! Its like mascara only no chunky sticky or smeary lashes.
this was my first time here and i had a 10/10 experience, i just came to ask about an appointment for the future and they were able to fit me in a few minutes later! ashley made me really comfortable and was really nice and fun to talk to as well :) already booked my follow up with her!!
Jen was absolutely fantastic! It was my first Brazilian wax and she was so professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The whole experience was great. I didn’t feel awkward at all and that’s thanks to Jen’s professionalism and personality.She explained the after care process in depth to prevent any issues that could possibly arise after a wax.If I can brave it again, I will absolutely be back to Hot Wax in Hampden!
