We've upgraded to a smart bidet from a standard toilet but the contractor didn't admit he didn't know how to install it thereby causing improper plumbing to be installed. Slow Flushing toilet, kitchen sink clog, garbage disposal replacement, outside faucet replacement, Master shower thermostatic valve and copper pipe leaks (in the walls). Some of these projects were to repair poor workmanship by other large Plumbing companies. Every employee I interacted with was patient in listening to my concerns, engaged in troubleshooting the issues, knowledgeable about how to best to resolve the issue.
