I did an in store pick-up. It was ready when I got there. The only downside is it can be difficult to speak with a person when calling. However, everyone is extremely kind and knowledgeable.

The color result was darker than I desired. I had a light brown shade when I arrived and I ended with a dark medium brown. I believe that my colorist was unaware about how much of the dark brown would be absorbed. Also, I was informed that 5 minutes prior to the completion of the processing, that color would be added to the ends of my hair to blend. There was no mention of an additional charge. I came in for roots and I was charged for all over color. The young lady who managed the billing walked away and did not want to answer my question. I will have to return to my own salon or find another Madison Reed location with experienced colorists and better customer service....read full review
