Just had the absolute worst experience of my life visiting this office!! Everything was fine up until I met the physician. Dr Nguyen was absolutely horrible and talked to me like I was some dumb uneducated black girl coming into his office. Completely condescending and rude. I tried explaining my recent health concerns and he looked me in the face and told me nothing was wrong with me before even evaluating me. Then said, "If i didn't want to be there then maybe it was best for me to find a different physician." Well yes ! Obviously! When you come into a room and don't even address the patient like you care or are concerned about their issues, of course! no one is going to want to stay! Never have I had an interaction like that with a Doctor and I work in Radiology so I know a lot about physicians. A disgrace to his practice and absolutely horrible individual to be working in HEALTHCARE! Your job is patient care and to be treated like that was unacceptable! I implore to anyone reading this DO NOT , I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH DR. KHANH NGYUEN!

I wish I would have read the reviews on yelp before scheduling an apt. Dr. Khanh Nguyen has the absolute worst bed side manner of any medical professional I have ever met. He was completely rude throughout my entire appointment that lasted 5 minutes at best and was primarily to get consult referrals and an annual physical. Aside from begrudgingly providing referrals, he completely dismissed all of my concerns and spoke to me as if I was a complete degenerate rather than a patient seeking the advice of a medical PROFESSIONAL. He was unprofessional and completely rude. Further the cleanliness of this establishment is terrible especially for a medical facility. I highly encourage you to read all of the reviews and seek care elsewhere.

I have been a patient at Comprehensive Primary Care for 10+ years. Dr. Sastry is my current physician and she is amazing! Qualities include: great bedside manner, communication and listening skills. I have mixed feelings about the front desk staff but its manageable. Since they introduced the check-ins kiosks, I have minimal communication with them. I'm sure they just want to work in peace and not deal with every patient that walks through the door lol I recently met with Dr. Nguyen, who is fairly new to the practice but I highly recommend him. He can seem quirky, but he is very knowledgeable and exhibits great passion for patient care. His approach is different, cut him some slack people. My sister sees Dr. Bangalore, who I've heard is also an excellent doctor. Overall a great practice, keep up the great work!!
