I'm going to give 4 stars only because of previous billing concerns but, my care team at Arise has been awesome. I appreciate the personalized care and rapport that the team takes time to establish. So much so that the staff can tell when I'm not feeling well. When I arrived today I was greeted my Susan in the infusion center. She asked if I was alright because 1. I was running behind and 2. I was having challenges walking. When I told her about what I was experiencing she spoke to Dr. El Bogdadi who was able to see me. I'm so grateful for my care team today and just wanted to share a positive encounter especially after seeing a physician years ago for this issue that was dismissive with poor bedside manner .
